Yes! However, it is important to note that chocolate, in its raw form, should not be heated in the microwave. You have probably already noticed: the chocolate loses its flavour and can quickly become clumpy. This is why traditional chocolate fondue is made in a bain-marie and not in the microwave.

Mr. Hotches’ famous recipe preserves the full flavour and all the aromas of chocolate, even in the microwave. Unbelievable—but it’s true!
Mr. Hotches’ hazelnut fondue contains nuts. The other chocolate fondue and dip flavours may also contain traces of nuts and peanuts, since the same equipment is used in the production process of all our products

A worldwide symbol of quality, Belgian chocolate is known for its fine ingredients and the way it is prepared. Rich in cocoa, Belgian chocolate is based on a unique chocolate-making tradition. Mr. Hotches only believes in using the very best ingredients! And that means Belgian chocolate!
- Remove the cover.
- Microwave for 30 seconds on High.
- Remove and mix the chocolate well.
- Heat in 2 more 15-second increments, stirring between each, until the fondue is completely melted.
Every container of Mr. Hotches’ chocolate fondue has an expiry date. For an optimal chocolatey experience, we suggest you enjoy your chocolate fondue before the expiry date.
Not planning to eat the entire chocolate fondue all in one sitting? Really? All you have to do is pour the amount of chocolate fondue that you want to use in a bowl before you dip any food into it. Because you did not dip any food into the fondue container, you can then store it at room temperature until the expiry date.
Even if you have dipped food into the chocolate, you can safely store it for a maximum of 2 weeks…or until the next sugar rage!
Of course! Mr. Hotches’ chocolate fondue containers are all recyclable and can also be used as reusable dishes for lunches. They are even dishwasher-safe!
